Resident Doctors Association and district health boards had payment issues which were brought to the forefront by a member of Southland Hospital junior doctor delegate. Only recruitment seems to be a problem and no one cared about attrition. The p romotion of locum doctor package cannot be talked about by the managing director due to certain rules.
