Change Jobs the niche job board for business change management roles has announced a 4-fold increase in blue chip companies advertising directly with them in Q2 of 2010 compared to the previous two quarters and the same is true allowing for like for like advertising to Q2 2009.

These figures suggest there may be an underlying trend for direct advertising.
